Latin America's largest bank and a global financial institution
- Built an end-to-end headcount governance platform covering 1,500+ employees across all departments of a bank division, where managers review and justify every hire, transfer and exit against approved headcount limits.
- Owned the full AWS architecture, implementing 10 Lambda functions with ECS, IAM, Athena, S3 and RDS, behind a Python/Streamlit frontend handling sensitive HR data
- Implemented unit and integration test suites and a formal change-control process, keeping the platform stable across continuous releases over an 8-month build.
- Partnered with the product owner in recurring refinement sessions, translating business pain points from directorate managers into a prioritized technical backlog.
